2. Excellent Anti-Corrosion Performance

Arc spray, as a core branch of thermal spray, adopts zinc, aluminum and their alloy wires as raw materials, forming a dense anti-corrosion coating through high-temperature arc melting and high-speed atomization. The zinc coating’s self-corrosion rate is only 1/3-1/4 of steel, and the composite coating can pass more than 3000 hours of salt spray test. It effectively resists corrosion from seawater, industrial wastewater, acid and alkali media, extending the service life of steel structures and equipment by 3-5 times, which is the first choice for long-term anti-corrosion of large-scale steel components.

3. Superior Wear Resistance

Our thermal spray (including HVOF) and arc spray can prepare high-hardness wear-resistant coatings, such as tungsten carbide, chromium carbide and nickel-based alloy coatings. The coatings have extremely high surface hardness and wear resistance, which can effectively reduce friction loss and avoid component damage caused by abrasion, galling and seizing. It is widely used in wear-prone parts such as hydraulic rods, rollers, pump impellers and cutting tools, reducing maintenance frequency and replacement costs significantly.

4. High Temperature Resistance & Thermal Insulation

Thermal spray technology can prepare high-temperature resistant and thermal barrier coatings with ceramic materials (alumina, zirconia), which can withstand high temperatures above 1000℃. It is especially suitable for high-temperature components such as aero-engine combustion chambers, boiler superheaters and gas turbine blades. The thermal barrier coating can effectively isolate high temperature, reduce heat loss, protect the substrate from high-temperature oxidation and damage, and improve the operation efficiency and service life of high-temperature equipment.
